glitches on the 'classifieds' section

I think there is a code-glitch (most prbly an open/missing tag) in the classifieds' section.

When you go to main classifieds' section, you get a tall vertical GAP between the first two category divisions.. same when you go to a sub-category page,.. the first cat/sub-div has extra bottom-margin or padding..

If you found a bug, other than the "Karma" MySQL bug, post it here. We'll fix the Karma MySQL bug in due time. It works, but shouldn't be popping up during edits.
