Some data back online

We've got some China & some of our old Shanghai data back on via the Wiki pedia. We've started the recreation/nightlife section, and we've also added a bit of spammer protection.

Certain urls are now blocked from signing up. If your email ends in .info, then forget it. You're not getting access. We're also considering blocking yahoo & hotmail as well, because we believe, if you're a serious user, you most likely have a business address or at least a gmail account. Why Gmail? Simple. They're better at blocking spammers. This isn't in effect just yet though. so don't worry if you're signed in with one of these addresses.
